What are your most significant qualifications for this office?
With a profound love for Plymouth and a robust history of community service, I have extensive qualifications for State Representative. Serving 13 years on the School Committee, currently as Chair, I’ve led initiatives like building high schools, solar projects, full-day kindergarten, and curriculum enhancements. Active in organizations like Plymouth No Place for Hate and The Fragment Society, I bring a background of service, coalition building, and collaboration driving effective change. Why are you running for this office? I’m running for State Representative because I deeply love Plymouth. With 13 years on the School Committee, I’ve seen our community thrive when united. I’ll prioritize affordable housing, senior support, and diversity, focusing on public safety, mental health, climate action, and education. Through collaborative leadership, I’ll engage with our community to ensure Plymouth moves forward. |

What are your most significant qualifications for this office?
In my eight years in the legislature, I have passed thirty bills into law and secured millions in legislative funding for our region – far more than anyone else running. I am the only candidate who has passed statewide legislation. I serve as the Vice Chair of the Committee on the Environment and sit on the Ways & Means Committee. I am a fourth generation resident of our district and earned my bachelors in science from College of Charleston and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard.
As your State Rep, I’ve gained valuable experience in serving my community in a practical, results-driven way. My relationships at the State House have enabled me to take on leadership roles where I’ve worked on finding common-sense solutions, securing critical funding and guiding important legislation to the finish line. I’ve served on the Board of Selectmen and held other local positions, which gave me a deep understanding of how to strengthen collaboration between local and state governments.
Why are you running for this office? I’m running for re-election because I genuinely love this job and the opportunity it gives me to make a positive impact across the communities I serve. It’s been the honor of my life to work on behalf of the residents of the 12th Plymouth District, securing resources, crafting common-sense solutions, and passing legislation that improves lives. By actively listening to my constituents and staying engaged, I’ve been able to deliver real results that reflect their needs. |

What are your most significant qualifications for this office?

As someone in the Democratic majority, I will be made the Chair of a Committee in my first term and have a seat at the table to hold Holtec accountable, responsibly build Cape bridges, and make housing, healthcare, and childcare more affordable for our region. I am the only candidate who voted to supported the Roe Act to protect a women’s right to choose and the Affordable Homes Act to mitigate our housing crisis. |

What are your most significant qualifications for this office?
Having worked in the business community for several years, and having served as a Selectman for the town of Plymouth–and then as the State Representative for Plymouth–I believe my combination of public and private sector experience has prepared me to serve as the next State Senator for the 8 communities of the Plymouth and Barnstable District. Why are you running for this office? I am running because I believe that my six daughters–and their children and grandchildren–deserve a Commonwealth that makes us proud. We deserve a state where folks have the opportunity to comfortably live, work, and raise a family. My platform has 3 pillars: fiscal responsibility & advocating for affordability; bring balance & transparency to state government; and ending the migrant crisis that has put incredible strain on our communities–particularly the most vulnerable in our communities. |
